Like all Ashley Iles tools these woodturning chisels are hand ground entirely by eye, with all edges carefully eased. They are forged from O1 carbon steel, heat treated to RC61 for optimum edge taking and retention.
Set 2 is a collection of tools for producing larger / longer turnings between centres, if you want to get into a bit of faceplate turning too, add a bowl gouge.
