“Phoned WH to arrange collection of a new Japanese saw and try to match a replacement blade for a very old dovetail dozouki saw. Little difficult to find but once there I was made to feel welcome. We spent some time measuring the old blade and after much debate, decided on a suitable replacement.
Unfortunately the blade was not in stock but I was assured that a delivery was expected and the item would be posted ASAP. True to word the blade arrived one week later and fitted the old spine and handle. Now operational.
