“The coarse was very well done. I was worried I would complete the coarse and forget what I had learned but the coarse was very thorough. There are a lot of resources in your library section. I did the training and completed the test. I would like to have been able to look over the resouces afterwards more.”

“This training was very thorough. I appreciate the effort taken to put this most inclusive presentation together. Although much didn't apply to my specific situtation, the insight to the entire process was eye-opening. Quite often the 'little' guy/front line workers take blame for customer complaints. Prehaps managment in all areas should review!! Thank you”
