“The information in the course is very clear and concise. The testing at the end of each module is useful for remembering the important information needed for utilizing the training properly. Some repetitive spots but it assists you with temperatures that you need to remember.”

“Sped through the whole thing in 3 hours to re certify. I learned a few new updated policies and laws. Good price, good course, good test. I would have preferred a skip to test instead of going through the whole course module by module. A good purchase.”

“I took it because I’m new at selling food at a market but that type of situation was not presented. Farmers market food handling wasn’t discussed. Maybe there is another course?”
