“The teacher Shannon was very good. The location was fine but it was better when the classes were conducted in Dundas.”

“I am not a believer that the course should be mandatory for technicians who have been in the trade for over twenty years, having taken multiple courses in the same vein. That said, the refresher course was useful and the instructor made what could have been extremely dry material, somewhat interesting. I hope that helps. Thanks.”

“Randy the instructor kept the class material moving at a good pace. He was thorough , clear and never boring. Always ready to hear a concern or comment from course attendents. A lot of material to cover in a short refresher course but he did it well.”
