“Good program, Test questions were sometimes vague/incorrect. Plastic Cards seem cheap, glue used to stick to letter isnt the right kind, leaves behind nasty glue residue. (not the easy peel kind like from credit cards) Plastic Cards improperly cut and misaligned, instructor signature seems too small, could use more QA.”

“the instructor was concise and thorough in going thru the various sections and explaining what things meant. was engaging with the class and making me feel comfortable in knowing that he treated people professionally and respectfully.”
