“I was happy to take the forklift certification course, but I was very dissatisfied with the class. I was sitting in the course and paying attention, but the instructor was talking way too fast, and it was hard to understand him. When everyone was doing the quiz, they were told how they did right away after the instructor marked them. When I gave my quiz, the instructor said nothing. I had to ask the instructor 3 times to say my mark. When it was time to actually drive the forklift I didn't feel safe at all. I was listening to what the instructor was telling me and I was even looking around me (cheked my surroundings). The instructor then started to yell at me and told me "you don't need to look around you!!!" and "You're not doing what I am telling you!!!! FOLLOW MY INSTRUCTIONS AND YOU'LL BE FINE!!!! JUST DO WHAT I AM SAYING AND DON'T DO ANYTHING ELSE!!!!!! Please try to do better in the future”
