“Concise and well organized. I liked the online course, and took 4 days to do it ,at my own time. recommend it for anyone who needs certification, but has no time to take a class room course.”

“Good Refresher course for someone who has on site experience already. Not ideal for new ticket receivers as it is lacking the in-person experience.”
