“No customer support what so ever. Tried using chat app on webpage. It said two hour wait, I never got an answer. Called toll free number twice I was on hold until it went to a answering machine. I left messages both times. No answer. This is the first time worksite safety has gotten back to me. It’s not a human and no response to the question I asked. No problem taking your money though!”
