“The course was good, but when I completed the quizzes and was about to attempt the exam your site locked up and would not proceed. This was extremely frustrating as I was doing this late in the evening, there was nò help or guidance so my computer was held hostage (I feared that if I left the program or backed out all would be lost) until I phoned in the the next day where I did get help.This problem of not being able to complete the exam after completing the quizzes should be fixed or at least have instructions at that point so a person working alone can find the path to go back to the site and bring up the exam and print out the Certificate when the site will not let him continue forward.”
