“It was a very easy and convenient interface to work with. I had an issue of buying a wrong course and I called and everything was fixed quickly and in a very pleasant way. I have experience of working on a Boom Lift. If you don't have one, remember, the practical learning is crucial for safety.”

“The coarse was very well laid out and easy to use. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that there were several lessons that had touch prompts to provide further details, yet they would not respond. I’m thinking that it’s possible that the need for the prompt was eliminated which is fine but if so the prompt should be removed. Also the stated course time frame completion for someone doing it the first time doesn’t seem even close to accurate. If a person does the coarse 2 or 3 times I can see that it could be completed much quicker. Overall though it was excellent-clear, understandable and informative”
