“Actually, the course itself was very useful, and our instructor was amazing. However, contrary to what we learned in the class, in reality, it seems that the Safety Coordinator is in a very vulnerable position, and the Ministry of Labour may not protect their position if they are strict about safety matters. Therefore, I assume that this kind of situation could lead to compromising safety standards at the site and, eventually, failing to adequately protect workers from incidents.”
