“The course was even though it was a refresher course, was very informative. I found it interesting about the new updates to the course and requirements that have been implemented since I first took the course. The Instructor was very knowledgeable and helpful, he explained very thoroughly everything required that dealt with the course outline. I felt more confident knowing more of the updated guidelines we need to follow in order to perform my job safely.”
