“The Working at Heights training was rushed. The presenter, while knowledgeable, spoke too fast, particularly in light of the fact that many of the attendess were people for whom English was a second language. I'm a native English speaker and at times I struggled to understand him. The presenter skipped most of the case studies. His presenatation style didn't encourage discussion or sharing of experiences. While he may have said that discussion was welcome, he rushed from one slide to another without pause. This was unfortunate, as there were several people in the room with many years' of experience, and it would have been great to hear more real-world examples. As it was a small class size, this would have been very feasible. I paid for this important training and would much have preferred a non-rushed, thorough training, rather than being released an hour or two early.”
