“The course itself is good, but the administrative process of delivering it and monitoring results is not user friendly. I had difficulty giving it to my employee (had to call in and get another method of retrieving it to send on) and I do not get their certificates sent to me once they are done. Improving these two hassles would greatly increase my desire to add on other training courses.”

“I would rate the course 5 out of 5. It was a very good course and I hope it will help me get a part time job or a full time position. Your company even helped me with some computer issues that I was having to download the course. Thank you for that. I would do another course on line if I need one. Thanks.
