“The course material was presented mainly in text. Even though the material was read to the course taker, this emphasis on text-based presentations puts people who face language barriers (someone whose mother tongue isn't English) at a disadvantage. The course designers should've taken the opportunity to portray many of the concepts like "centre of gravity" with pictures, illustrations or drawings to reinforce important information. Since this course material was about forklifts, there should've been many general pictures of different types of forklifts, parts of forklifts, safety equipment on forklifts, and images of other things that were discussed like types of fuel used by forklifts (and safety issues around fuel). The multiple-choice test had a few errors in it - I noticed one set of duplicate questions. I also would've preferred having shorter mini-quizzes at the end of each module so that you could test your grasp of the content before proceeding. You should also enable editing of information on the final certificate (address, company name, etc.) even if the certificate gets printed.”
