“Hello, I'm not sure what has gone wrong since you updated your platform but on several occasions I have been unable to receive live customer support in a timely manner. Due to this I tried calling your office, left a vmail for someone to call me back...... no return call ever received. I will start placing my business elsewhere if customer service does not return to the greatness it once was. Thank you.”
