“The course is like all the others but completing the test brought me to dead end. No chance to get my certificate.”

“The exam was fine, however I had to do the course twice to completion and then there was NO info on how to submit it and have it verified. Therefore I did not get the certificate and wasted 4 hrs of my time for nothing. I am now having to go to another website to do the training and the exam plus then having to spend another $30 to get a certificate. There is ZERO info on how to get my money refunded. You get a -0 as a rating.”
