“Could not access the course after I paid. The website (webpage) stated that the system was down. I could not access or advance course pages after I paid for the course. So I went to another online course from an alternative service provider instead and completed the course and got my certificate since I needed the certificate within a certain date. I wasted my time and money with WorkSite with enrollment of this course which I couldn't even start. Really I should request a refund or credit. But this is not worth my time since my time is limited.”

“Seems to be pretty straightforward. Easy to use through both web version and mobile was good. Managers are also able to check to progress of each candidate.”
