“The course was informative but in some of the review tests the images where hard to see because of the white background. I also found it hard to navigate when selecting images to hear information on topics that were highlighted.”

“The course overall was very in depth and detailed. Some things I remembered from when I first took the course back in the 1990’s. I have a suggestion to make is it possible to have an electronic signature from a department head on the certificate and leave the name section for clients to insert their name on the certificate. I have done other online courses and that’s how it is done. Yours is asking for employer signatures when they are not the trainer. Please come of with a solution as this would make it easier for e-learner’s. Thanks for your time.”

“I have to take this course for work and it is one I do often if you can make it simpler so it doesn’t take up so much time!! I get a stiff neck sitting for hours front of the computer so make it shorter please”
