“The training provided a basic overview of defensive driving techniques and essential knowledge to protect yourself and other drivers in the course of work. The material itself could be improved by making the modules more interactive. While the breakout bubbles were a good addition, it was only marginally better than reading from a text book. Future training should include a various forms of assessment to help increase attention and improve retention of materials.”
