“I found the exam different and more frustrating than previous TDG courses I've completed. All other courses I've done have had True/False and multiple choice questions but this exam had a lot of questions where you have to pick all the answers that apply. If you select all but one of the selections that apply your answer is wrong, making it more difficult to pass the exam, especially when you need to get 80% to pass. I would recommend changing the style of exam and practice questions to True/False and multi-choice.”

“ticket only printed me as purchaser even tho a bought it for an employee to take the course. if i want to buy the course i order to certifiy someone else i should be able to do so”

“Gave me the knowledge I needed to do my job correctly and a better understanding of Federal Regulations. Videos easy to follow while being interactive enough to make it easier to stay focused on the necessary dry, boring content.”
