“I'm sorry to say that I had to order others from a different publisher because the 4 books I ordered were difficult to use. I'm using the books to teach college students, and without more detailed separate Tables of Contents for the Act and Regulations, it's sometimes impossible for students (and me!) to find the information we're looking for. (The index is hit and miss.) This was disappointing.”
