“I want to Dave.I am very very impressed with you guys and your company. And I was so happy gotta came right up and seen the secretary.It may actually let me in to do my refresher.Working at heights because somebody didn't show up. I would've been sitting at home for the whole week until I got that done I think you guys are great 100% recommend you guys to anyone.Thank you”

“The facility was fine and easy to access. The instructor however left a lot to be desired. There was a person in the class that didn’t speak great English, the instructor clearly didn’t want to deal with this person. Instead of helping or being patient with this person, the instructor flew through the material, not giving the student time to read the subtitles. In fact the subtitles hadn’t even finished popping up on the screen before the instructor would go on to the next slide. To make the situation even worse, the instructor was very demanding towards the student, aggressively point and banging his finger in the students page. When it came time to try on the harnesses, the instructor noticed this student had a strap twisted and instead of helping this person, the instructor yelled out to the class telling someone to help him. We were all busy getting our own harnesses on, instead of the instructor showing the student the strap that needed fixing, he just continued to aggressively tell this student they are doing it wrong. I eventually had to help this student with their harness. I get that the instructor wants the class to go at a certain speed to keep it on time, but the class ended 2 hrs early. There was no need to be rude to or rush this student. It took a lot not to intervene and tell the instructor they were being extremely rude and creating a negative environment. I’ll never be returning to do my recertification here.”
