“I had an amazing and very knowledgable instructor for the course, the material/ required content was organized very well which made it easy to understand. The only thing I would add to the course would be a few more exercise that actually involve using the harnesses/tying on and off etc. just to solidify the content covered The timing for the day was very ideal (8:30am until 4:30pm) Course registration process was very easy to complete online including payment Will certainly be attending more courses for certification”

“Got in a car accident on the way there and they would not give me a refund so lost 150$ and 250$ for a tow truck”
