“Video wouldn't load onto the media player app that was suggested to download. Not really your fault but probably could use a different file so users can view with apple/android devices. Also, a couple segments in certain chapters wouldn't work either and I had to look up the missing info off those pages from the internet. Kinda defeats the purpose of taking an online course if you're sourcing information elsewhere. Other than that, the course was really good.”

Hey Terry, Sorry for the technical issues you had with the Bloodborne Pathogens course! The Articulate app that your phone/tablet tells you to download is not related to us in any way and does not work to play the courses, it's just something your device will automatically connect to. The course should actually run on a phone or tablet without any outsider apps, so thank you very much for your constructive feedback as you've brought this to our attention. I've contacted you privately for some more information regarding the particular issues you had, and we will work to remedy the course and make sure it is mobile-friendly once again! Nathan
