“I have been on countless safety training courses. Fall prevention, elevated work platforms, fall prevention,fall arrest, confined space and working at heights. This was the first course where I was taught how to wear a fall arrest harness. Never was shown how to test the fit, where the D-ring should be, wear indicators and most importantly how to determine the correct lanyard to use, how-to determine the over all length when deployed and calculating the fall distance. My self and the countless fellow employees I've worked with over the years are lucky we never fail when wearing a harness.16 of us where sent on a five day Advanced Health and Safety course put on by CSAO and we're never taught these facts. Ron was awesome!”

“The program was very well done. I forget the instructors name,however he did a very good job at delivering the material. He was clear and concise and made the full day program pass by quickly. I have been doing construction for many years but still managed to learn a few new things. Thanks a lot. Alex.”
