“With great respect I tell you that the course seemed unprofessional to me, it was not technical at all and there were no guidelines or structures to be able to apply the course in my job and you just read a ppt presentation. Finally the test questions had nothing to do with the course. I am not satisfied with the course. Thank you for giving me this means of communication and I hope this helps you to improve the course. I have taken the course on electrical hazards and it was very professional. I'm still waiting for the plastic credentials for both courses, I hope you can help me with that please”
