“Good review of prior knowledge. As I have been in the OH field for over 20 years alot was a review. The practicality of application varies from employers, organizations. Sometimes it's better to leave an organization if the culture is not expected to change. A good way of assessing is looking at staff retention, how they treat employees. Even Human Rights isn't strong in dealing with violence & harassment. Truly is sad.”
