“Our Instructer Michael Winter was very knowledgable, easy to undertand and explained himself very clearly and well. I would recommend him for any of these worksite trainings. The material is of course long and boring, but he made the class interesting and fun.”

“I unfortunatly do not appreciate the convenience of virtual learning and would prefer in person courses. That being said Rick tried to make the presentation less monotinous for which I am grateful. Great job Rick for keeping people engaged.”

“I apreciated the option of completing the course via Zoom, rather than in person as I did not have a lot of time to spare. That being said, if I had the option to complete Part 2 the same way I did Part 1 (online, at my own pace) I certainly would have taken more content and information away from that. Two days/15 hours in a row of having an insructor read information to me through a screen is not a productive way to learn new information. Thankfully I have taken Health & Safety training before and so the information was not technically new, but I would not consider the training I participated in a productive use of my time.”

“Instructor was good. I was disappointed however that Part 2 was still example based in the same way as Part 1. I was of the impression that Part 2 was going to be practical in nature by completing the work examples with real-world cases at each persons company. I think this would be much more valuable, since the examples used in Part 2 were almost identical, and some cases were the exact same as Part 1. If this is the case, I am not sure why there are 2 parts to this training.”

“Overall this was an incredibly positive experience. In the initial stages I found that there was a lot of information being shared at a very fast pace and I would have appreciated time to digest some of that information. The isntructor did constantly ask if anyone required clarification or had any questions. However I was not in a position to ask questions as I was still trying to process the barrage of information. The instructor / instructors, really did take the time, particularly on day 2 to ensure that every person was set up for success and provided multiple opportunities to confirm our understanding of the information prior to taking the exam. I would definitely recommend this certification program to others.”
