“Both participants were disappointed with course content and lack of interaction between all participants. Both felt the course content should be printed and sent to them, not sent as a PDF that they need to print. Our designates do not have access to a company computer at all times as janitorial staff. The individual that took the course on May 20/21 received a change in the course content the day before and the instructor was not versed in the new content. It was poorly organized and not all participants had received the new content. There was no interaction and it was very confusing for all.”

“Overall an acceptable course. Provided the necessary time requirements to receive the certificate. Very accommodating leader. Very different style than the first course. I suggest sending a survey out about which hazards to cover as most were not applicable. In addition, I suggest updating the PPT design to a more modern design and have the correct name on them. It said EHS Zone. as well as new videos as they were outdates Also, 9.4.4 in the workbook was different than the slides. Overall okay but requires an update in the content.”
