“I was hoping since this was called "traffic control person and flagging" it would have more suggestions on how to direct traffic; my workplace has a few sites where we partially block traffic, and often need to signal cars to keep moving or NOT drive on the wrong side of the road. It would be useful for new hires to have examples of what hand signals are known to be effective for this. It would also be beneficial if it went into more detail on how to come up with a traffic control layout, but I understand this is directed more at persons with minimal experience to increase safety awareness.”

“This course had several glitches that caused it to freeze-Customer servise was helpful however it took IT 45 minutes to get back to us.”
