“Was purchased to do online renewal of ATC p ticket. However, it is only valid in Ontario, which it does not state in your ad. For people in BC and Alberta, they need to be able to use their tickets. But your ticket does not qualify them to do so in those provinces. So in my opinion, it was a complete waste of time. You should be specifying which provinces your ticket program is valid for.”

“I had taken a 2 day classroom TCP course 3 yrs ago and needed to recertify. Your course was perfect for that. Instructions and process went smoothly. I appreciated the fact your final exam was well written, challenging but not to the point of purposely trying to trip up the writer. Thanks”

“The test didn’t work at the end for my staff to get certified. We tried several times. I had to pay for several hour overtime and when I called I got no answers! I left a message and still no one has contacted me back. So no O have spent the money on the course and paying staff and still nothing!!!”
