“As the employer and payee of the course, I entrusted Worksite Safety to conduct their services professionally. However, my employee reported the instructor was persistent and encouraged him to join the union. The instructor advised him of all the union benefits versus a private company without knowing what we provide our employees. I find this appalling since I, the employer, paid for the service. I don't expect my employees to be farmed out when I send anyone for training at Worksite Safety. This was absolutely bizarre.”
