“The information was accurate and accessible, however I feel like the course adds additional, unnecessary information when breaking down he hierarchy of controls. My employee (and I) found it needlessly confusing, over just keeping it clear in terms of elimination, substitution, engineering, admin, PPE. The path, source, and other breakdown feels like an added step that isn't needed. It's not wrong, it's just extra terminology that isn't required.”
