“The course was ok. I didn't like the set up for the Test online. Ive been driving all forklifts for 24/yrs and any ReNewal Ive done. When you answer a question and hit enter.It would tell you right away if your answer is right or wrong. And if it is the wrong answer. You have a second chance to try another answer. Sometimes questions are not clear enough or it may seem that it could be 2 answers ( I know it states the Best answer)but still. As this course is a RE-Newal and not meant to fail anyone. Had I been given that option I would have received a better mark. I was NOT aware that this course was mostly for sit down counterbalance propane. I know that 90% of these certificetes are all inhouse anyway. and that Employers still have to do inhouse training anyway. But Ive seen jobs recently in my job search that require you to be ALREADY Certified with Reach truck/dock stocker/electric pallet jack which is what I was looking for. For warehousing. That being said the practical test I will give a 5/5 instructor was very good and explained things well. Good Job!!!”
