Hi Josh, as stated on the product page, online Fall Protection is not a replacement for hands-on equipment training. Our online course is used by thousands of students in Alberta as a refresher, as a supplement to workplace training, or where hands-on training is not a requirement. If you require a classroom Fall Protection classroom course we also offer classes in Calgary and Edmonton that are fully approved by OSSA. If you like, we can either offer you a full refund or credit your purchase against the cost of booking you into one of our classroom courses. Please email support@worksitesafety.ca
