“The problem is with the lay out it is difficult to use. And directions on how to move from module to module. Also your programs need Chrome and they need to allow certain features including downloading an update and then changing the control for the website. This could all have been fine had it been explained before the person's tarts the coarse.also I need my money back for tdg for supervisors”

Hey Nancy, Sorry you and your staff had such trouble accessing the Ground Disturbance for Workers course. Those courses are unique on our site in that they play as videos that require more extensive video launching capability in your browser than most of our other courses. This means that while they do work on Internet Explorer and other browsers if your flash player is enabled properly, they definitely work best on Google Chrome. Thank you for your feedback regarding the difficulties you had, and if you contact us regarding the refund you mentioned we can offer a full refund for any unused courses within a 90 day window of their purchase as per our return policy. However, I should tell you that we don't offer a specific TDG for Supervisors course, but if you contact us we can figure out what might have happened there! Nathan
