“I love the chair, its sturdiness and the quality of the fabric covering it. Now that I know how to get it to recline, I'm happy. My only comment and the reason it only received 4 stars is that I wish there had been instructions with it. It would have avoided my husband's and I's hilarity in seeing me try to get it to recline. It was not the more straightforward lift arms up and lean back. There is a knack which, fortunately, I was able to find out through getting in touch with the manufacturer and being sent instructions for a similar chair.
So sorry, you missed out on the full five stars, even though I'm delighted with the chair.”
