Vango Fibreglass Pole Sets are made of tough, durable fibreglass which is guaranteed to be dependable in most weather conditions. Includes a spare ferrule, elastic and pole threader to make repairing your pole easy - just in case An essential spare for when you're camping. It's always advisable to carry a few spare pole sections with you for pearce of mind. British weather can be harsh at times - this will fit most tunnel and dome tents as a spare part to replace broken pole sections. When measuring the diameter of the poles please measure the end which does not include the ferrule. Features: 5 sections Includes Shock cord and threading wire Please note: Do not shorten each section by more than 10cm, as this may affect overall flexibility. Always remember to carry a junior hacksaw with you to enable you to cut the replacement pole to the correct length.

A lot of pole for the money compared to some of the branded poles. Perfect for a home made awning.

They are as described except the picture does not show that one of the poles does not have a ferrule. It has an end piece which is not pictured, it is the type that narrows off in orded to push into a hole as opposed to a tube that takes a pin. This wasn't a problem because I took one off a broken pole instead.
