Not 5 stars as there are things to consider where improvements could be made:
It is noisy when set to max mode, not for sleeping with! Fortunately Eco mode is very quiet and once the box is cooled is good for continuous running and sleeping.
Instructions are badly worded/wrong as Eco mode can only be used with mains power and not 12v which makes little sense? Basically means that my leisure battery uses less power running it via inverter with 230v on Eco mode than using 12v which only runs with Max setting. Instructions suggest 12v cannot run Max mode, unless mine is defective?
12v car plug supplied is junk. Flimsy plastic with contacts soldered inside and an unrated fuse. Would expect better for the money considering the box is well made. I replaced this plug with a decent one from Amazon (Hama). I believe other sites have reviews suggesting that the supplied 12v plug gets very hot after time and I did not want to risk using it.”
“Not used it yer but a lot heavier than anticipated, box can flip over if lid not stabilized correctly, seems flimsy in parts ( panel that covers sockets & settings).”
