“Excellent size and quality. We didn’t have an electric hookup this time so kept ice packs in and kept everything cold for 3 nights. Great product and charged in the car as well. The only minor point I’d raise is it could do with being able to open the lid and click out rather than holding open the whole time but then again this probably shut it back again without us forgetting!”

“The item looks smart, has a large capacity and has a well designed handle but it's very noisy - too noisy to put in a tent as it would keep you awake all night (and the neighbours)!
The cool box keeps your food cool through the use of the ice pack divider. The electric element of the box then acts as a on air conditioning unit, taking the moisture out of the internal air to maintain the lowered temperature. Unfortunately the box does not come with a drain or a water storage unit to collect the water removed from the air, and instead the water drips from the electrical area back into the box, soaking all your food. We had a large puddle covering the whole of the bottom surface within the box, and in only 24 hours! The ice block had also melted.
I wouldn't consider purchasing a powered cool box again. Since getting a refund on the Outwell Ecocool 35 we have paid a bit more and bought a well reviewed 3 way camping fridge instead.”
