Very nice chocolate for creams, glazes and ganaches. Melts easy. Not too sweet. Easy to work with.

I've been using this product for 40 years, ever since I worked pastry at the Westin La Paloma in Tucson. A lot of white chocolate tastes like candy, but Callebaut has a very agreeable flavor and consistency.

These are amazing I haven't done what I bought them for as yet but I did use them to decorate since Christmas cookies. They melt really well but don't keep heating them the butter just melts off after a while and your left with mostly milk solids(turns into a really thick gooey texture) which taste amazing and its fun to eat. The overall quality of the chocolate it to tier and the service from the company I couldn't ask for better. P.S if you do intend to ship transatlantic the chocolate stays in really good condition it doesn't lose the callet shape

Best chocolate I ever eat. I made white ganache for a cake filling and everyone agreed it was delicious. Definitely I will order more soon.
