“I am 62 years old and have grown up with the Hershey Cocoa in the tin... While that has its purpose... Boy, I didn't know what I was missing!!! I recently started the ketogenic lifestyle along with several other members of my extended family. It seems to have fallen on my shoulders to seek out and test many new keto recipes... I have used this in all of the keto recipes where cocoa is required. My pies de resistance is dark chocolate cupcakes with fancy piped dark chocolate Swiss buttercream icing. They're so beautiful and decadent that my niece has specifically requested them as a choice on the dessert table at her wedding. Helpful hint: to get a richer, darker chocolate in the final product, "bloom" the cocoa by gently heating the specified amount of cocoa in some of the liquid or butter required for the recipe... Let it cool and use in the recipe. To die for!!!”
