“We use this for everything...hot chocolate, baked goods, to dust cake pan. It has by far the richest and best flavor of any we've tried, and we've tried most out there. For hot chocolate we use 1-2 Tablespoons, add sugar (~1T) and mix together dry in cup. Add hot milk (8oz ~135 degrees), stir well and add more sugar to taste if you like.”
