“I have been using Valrhona Chocolates since a couple of years for all my products. Highest quality chocolate and equally Awsome taste. Tried Dulcey for the first time and I have to say it’s mind blowing. Flawless application for ganaches for macaron fillings to baking it into products. Smooth as satin.”
