“I love caraibe when I need something dark and very chocolatey. It’s got a great flavor but not so intense that it’s bitter. It’s great for snacking too, just saying. Last thing I used it in were the brownies I baked last week. I do splurge on my chocolates and baking ingredients but it’s so worth it when my children’s eye light up after the first bite. My eight year old pretty much waxed poetic about those brownies, they were so good. Wish I could post a picture, but there is no option on either my phone nor my iPad devices.”
