“The e-cig itself is very good overall despite some liquid leaking from time to time (improved from 1st version) however, we purchased 2 boxes of pods for refill ( 4 per box) and in each of the 2 boxes, 1 pod did not work at all. They should have a better quality control I think, the fail ratio is too high”
“Great product, the flavor included is yummy, love the sweetness of the tobacco. however I’ve had issues with my phix leaking occasionally. I travel often and imagine it has to do with being in an airplane and the changing altitudes, but it’s not a huge deal. Maybe it’s just me but the phix is also super easy to lose around my room, maybe I just need a colorful band or something of the like on it to keep it from disappearing entirely in my sheets”

“I prefer the previous version of the PHIX device and pods. The new style pods are impossible to refill enabling their reuse with your preferred e-juice/salts, to extend the pod life and option to lower nicotine content. PHIX should offer their pods in a variety of nicotine levels for those wanting to quite nicotine as well as smoking.”
