“the last four packs of strawberry i received from you guys were slightly different than every other strawberry pod i've had in the past. The first thing i noticed was the juice's much lighter color. While other strawberry pods are a rich orange color, the juice from these pods was a light blue and almost clear color to it. When using these pods in a brand new phix (so i know the problem isnt with the device itself) they would hit differently and slowly like there isnt enough airflow, plus the juice tastes burnt when im halfway through a pod and it consistently leaks more than every other pack of strawberry pods ive ever had. I'm very disappointed because i know that I've had better products from you guys. I dont know if you guys are just distributors or if you manufacture the pods yourself but something needs to be changed.”
“I absolutely love getting my pods from this website. Compared to tobacco shops around me, these pods taste different and the juice is clear. When i’ve gotten pods at store, the juice was yellowish and felt harsh. These pods taste so good and fresh. Also, they are cheaper than pods I get at tobacco shops by me. “Flavor was good, but two of the pods were defective. They barely fit in the Phix because the bottoms were warped, and they burned my throat and lungs. The two good ones were great, but I wouldn't buy these again just because of the two that came defectively made.”
