“I love my cue, when I first received it I had trouble starting it,so I removed the cartridge pressed the button 5 times and it started working then put the cartridge back in and it works great. If you have trouble try that.”
“I received a CUE vaporizer that would not turn on a week ago. I returned the unit and was told that it was tested and worked fine. The same broken unit was shipped back to me and it still will not turn on. Very simple procedure--charge for 4 hours ( unit lit up when charging). Removed from charger tried multiple times to start up the unit by hitting on button 5 times. Still not working as it was when I returned it the first time.
