“I have been using this product for the last 6 months. I started with the flavored Cherry capsule, but after the ban on flavors, I was at a temporary loss on what to choose from. I went to the neighborhood store, and purchased the non-menthol capsule, and was pleasantly surprised by the taste...but I was not so pleasantly surprised at the cost; $10.95 each. I recently noted that the expiration date on the more costly product was not the same as Electronic Tobacconist's, which speaks to the quality. Not only is the price significantly lower, the customer service is top notch!!!!! Even during a pandemic, they delivered to me fast, which speaks to the dedication of their workers, who shipped my orders. I had a question about the electronic pen, and they responded hours later. I am grateful for their excellent customer service....they have gone the extra mile,and it is appreciated.”
